A study in duality.
The Jade Drop Earring pairs a hand-selected oval jade cabochon — set in a four-claw mount of 18ct white or yellow gold — with a detachable diamond drop that hangs below the ear.
Worn together, the jade and diamond exist in quiet tension: ancient stone meeting modern brilliance, visible face and hidden counterweight. Remove the diamond jacket entirely, and what remains is a clean jade stud — precise, considered, complete on its own.

Each jade is individually sourced from China and selected by hand. As with all natural jade, no two stones are identical — colour, translucency, and character will vary subtly from pair to pair. This is not imperfection. It is the nature of the stone.
Lab-grown, certified, and conflict-free. Available in 0.5ct, 0.75ct, and 1.0ct. Brilliant round cut, set in a four-claw mount matching your chosen gold.
18ct white gold or 18ct yellow gold. Butterfly fastening. Diamond jacket attaches and detaches with ease.
Not all jade is the same.
Jade is two stones, often confused. Nephrite is the older, softer historical material. Jadeite is rarer, denser, and the only material capable of producing the luminous “imperial” greens collectors pursue today.
YURA works exclusively in Type A jadeite from China — natural, untreated, and individually graded by a third-party gemmologist. No polymer impregnation. No dye. Only the stone, as it has always been.

Agreement to our legal terms
We are YURA Jade (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the website https://yurajade.com, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YURA Jade, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time. We will alert you by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.
1. Our services
YURA Jade operates as a fine jewellery e-commerce platform selling made-to-order jade jewellery directly to consumers via https://yurajade.com. Those who access the Services from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
2. Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), including the YURA name and brand assets.
The Content and Marks are provided “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial use only. Subject to compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.
By sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information (“Submissions”), you assign all intellectual property rights in such Submission to us.
3. User representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
- You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation
4. Prohibited activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user, you agree not to: systematically retrieve data to create a database; mislead us or other users; circumvent security features; harm us or the Services; harass or harm another person; misuse our support services; engage in unauthorised framing or linking; upload viruses or malicious code; use scripts or data mining; remove proprietary notices; impersonate others; disrupt the Services; copy or adapt our software; reverse engineer software; use buying or purchasing agents in an unauthorised manner; collect email addresses for unsolicited email; or use the Services to compete with us.
5. User generated contributions
The Services do not offer users the ability to submit or post content. Any feedback, suggestions, or enquiries sent via the contact form or by email may be used by YURA Jade at our discretion in accordance with Section 2 above.
6. Contribution license
By submitting suggestions or other feedback, you agree we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
7. Services management
We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action, refuse or restrict access, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
8. Term and termination
These Legal Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access for any reason, including breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms.
9. Modifications and interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times and will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
10. Governing law
These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.
11. Dispute resolution
Informal negotiations. The parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days. Notices should be sent to hello@yurajade.com.
Binding arbitration. If unresolved, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be London, England, in English, governed by the substantive law of England and Wales.
Restrictions. Any arbitration is limited to the individual dispute. No class-action arbitration is permitted.
Exceptions. Disputes regarding intellectual property, theft, piracy, privacy invasion, unauthorised use, or claims for injunctive relief are not subject to the above provisions.
12. Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct these at any time without prior notice. Natural variation in jade stone is not an inaccuracy or error.
13. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitations of liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party arising out of your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, breach of your representations, or violation of third-party rights.

17. Electronic communications, transactions, and signatures
Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications.
18. Pre-order terms
All YURA Jade earrings are made to order. By placing a pre-order, you agree that:
- A deposit is required to secure your place in the production queue
- Once production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, except where YURA Jade cannot fulfil your order — in which case a full refund will be issued
- Estimated dispatch timelines are provided in good faith but may change due to artisan production and jade sourcing
- The balance of payment is due prior to dispatch
- YURA Jade may issue a full refund in lieu of fulfilment should circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent completion
- Natural variation in jade colour, translucency, and character is inherent and does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund after production has commenced

19. Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver. If any provision is determined unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created.
