Each piece is designed in London, set with certified Chinese jade, and paired with lab-grown diamonds that match the brilliance of the stone without compromise.

A study in duality.
The Jade Drop Earring pairs a hand-selected oval jade cabochon — set in a four-claw mount of 18ct white or yellow gold — with a detachable diamond drop that hangs below the ear.
Worn together, the jade and diamond exist in quiet tension: ancient stone meeting modern brilliance, visible face and hidden counterweight. Remove the diamond jacket entirely, and what remains is a clean jade stud — precise, considered, complete on its own.

Each jade is individually sourced from China and selected by hand. As with all natural jade, no two stones are identical — colour, translucency, and character will vary subtly from pair to pair. This is not imperfection. It is the nature of the stone.
Lab-grown, certified, and conflict-free. Available in 0.5ct, 0.75ct, and 1.0ct. Brilliant round cut, set in a four-claw mount matching your chosen gold.
18ct white gold or 18ct yellow gold. Butterfly fastening. Diamond jacket attaches and detaches with ease.
Not all jade is the same.
Jade is two stones, often confused. Nephrite is the older, softer historical material. Jadeite is rarer, denser, and the only material capable of producing the luminous “imperial” greens collectors pursue today.
YURA works exclusively in Type A jadeite from China — natural, untreated, and individually graded by a third-party gemmologist. No polymer impregnation. No dye. Only the stone, as it has always been.

Known limitations
While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, we acknowledge that some areas may not yet fully conform. Known limitations include:
- Product images — Some product photography may not yet have fully descriptive alternative text. We are reviewing and updating all image alt text on an ongoing basis.
- Third-party content — Our payment provider (Stripe) and analytics tools operate independently. While we have chosen providers with strong accessibility records, we cannot guarantee full accessibility of their interfaces.
- Video and animation — Our website may include animated visual elements. We aim to respect reduced-motion preferences where supported by the browser.

Colour and contrast
Our dark background and light text palette has been selected to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast ratio requirements of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text. If you find any areas of the site where contrast is insufficient, please let us know.

All links and buttons have descriptive, meaningful labels, are distinguishable from surrounding text, and have a visible focus state for keyboard users. All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked so they are ignored by screen readers. Product images include alt text describing the item, material, and colour variant shown.
PDFs and documents
Legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy, Cookie Policy) are published as web pages rather than PDF files to ensure maximum accessibility across all devices and assistive technologies.
Mobile accessibility
- Touch targets are sufficiently large and well-spaced
- Pinch-to-zoom is not disabled
- Content reflows correctly at all screen sizes without horizontal scrolling
- The site functions correctly in portrait and landscape orientation
